★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, in every aspect. So bad I would highly recommend any business owner not to be based at any Spaces or Regus group location anywhere unless you like bad customer experience and being overcharged.
The front desk is probably the worst that you will ever experience in Singapore and that's not just me saying that that is from my guests who used to comment on their lack of smiles and lack of helpfulness all the time. The opposite of customer service. How to create a negative first impression.
The accounting side of things is a joke. I regularly got charged for things that were not correct, got refunded then charged again. They tried to charge me for things that they had agreed were part of the contract. A complete joke. They also didn't pass on discounts that they were getting from the government during the pandemic like other co-working places were doing. Very unhelpful while they were asking landlords for free rent not deferred free, something they didn't give their tenants.
Luckily I terminated early and got out never to go back. If you want to know more contact me.
