Went to office at 10am when operating hours clearly states as from 10am to 6.30pm but no one turned up. Wait till 10.23am still no one. Tried to call the whole day, no answer. Don't even try to engage their service. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

What s happening here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to office on Tuesday and Thursday to as i was expecting some mails turn out that they were not opened. There was a notice stating that they are open 2-6 on Tuesday and Thursday due to govt covid 19 restrictions. I am pretty sure companies are allowed to operate daily with proper safe distancing.
Contact provided has no one answering
Worst thing is when I went over to the office they were not opened on both Tuesday and Thursday, I did not received any mail notifications on their end as well - per advertise on their site stating that we will be informed if there are any mails.
