good thing is that it opens until 9pm on sunday when everywhere else is closed. went there for facial, it was so so but the beautician really was insistent hard selling some facial package not worth at all and also some dark eye treatment which had no effect. 答应我们做那个会给折扣，结果付钱时说单次不能给折扣。lol scam... don't bother going just book others on Fave

The staff is not professional at all. Had a really terrible experience, came here with my mum & sis to have my eyebrows done. Turns out that not only 1 eyebrow is higher than the other, my sis & I were charged $100 more than my friend when the staff agreed to charge the same price that's why I came here in the first place. So disappointed with how my brows turned out, the manager kept telling me that my brows can be corrected and still expected me to pay for the touch up fee. What's worse is that she refused to do a proper service recovery & return the overcharge to my sis & I. Feel so cheated, I would have been better off to draw my own brows rather than come to this salon and receive such poor service. See pic for uneven brows.... was charged $400 for this.... the manager claimed that this is worth $800++, what a joke....

Went there for facial which cost me $48 . Initially say is a 1hr 30 min facial then subsequently become 50 min . With me lying there for at least 30min for a soft gel mask . Is so simple that it think it should cost less that $18 . Basic cleaning , then steam face , she suggested to use machine to abstract black heads instead of hand ,which I rejected . Then she just anyhow do and say I don't have much blackhead . Well , throughout the whole process she just wanna sell u something more. Ask for top up . And the session ended with her telling me ,that's what to expect for with $48 . If I wanna experience a better and longer service then have to pay more . She must be a joker , with this type of service I won't even step in this place again . What's more to say . Not service oriented and yes , every single move they do is top up . And trying to sell u everything and anything they can . I just feel more tired after the session instead of relax.

Their staff CoCo (PRC lady with a hoarse voice) is the worst “vampire for money” in the entire shop. She will not allow you to leave the store until you sign up some packages with her and she views her customers as “radishes” to chop! My mother-in-law was previously there in August’21 to tattoo her eyebrows and went again this year to enhance them. In the end, she was conned $170 whereby the original 3D eyebrow tattoo cost $188. By right the enhancement should cost one third the price. Coco refused to do the basic eyebrow enhancement for my mil and added unjustified costs eg cream $30 to her bill! Beware of such unethical businesses.

Horrible experience. No integrity and poor service. Was referred by a friend. Beautician agreed to charge the same rate for the same service but charged us $100 more. We were not informed of any extra costs and they rushed to collect payment in the middle without delivering the work. Had to make an additional trip to the salon to speak to the manager. The manager interrupted us during the conversation, refused to refund the balance and insisted that we had to take a package to offset the amount. To make matters worse, we will be charged for touch up despite the lousy work done. Touch up is not the solution. We regret getting our eyebrows done at Lee Beauty as we have been drawing our eyebrows daily for the past few years. Feel so cheated by this salon and staff. Such a waste of time and money as even the manager is not competent to settle the issue caused by her staff.
