Love the staff and ambiance! I did - Body Scrub (Javanese Lulur) - Jacuzzi Hydrotherapy - Hammam Ritual - Ginger Back Therapy - Ganggang They also never hardsell! Will definitely come back! Highly recommended for those Bride-to-be & those who just want to relax!

My mom have her first experience on spa jelita.. She truly enjoyed the great hospitality from the staff and reception... For the treatment wise is truly wonderful and she enjoyed it...

Took the Cleopatra Royal Ritual and was assist by Cik Nur i enjoy my 3hour here and the massaged was really good definitely will drop by here again to do my hair or massaged hehe. Privacy wised i feel comfortable cause the room is not close to each other and you feel like homed and the interior remind me of Saudi Arabia or Turkish

The only good thing about this place is the massage. The rest is meh. What was supposed to be an enjoyable 2.5hrs session became a draggy 5hrs session. Came at 1pm and done at 5.45pm. We waited 1.5hrs after our massage for the hair spa. No drinks were offered despite the long wait. Their time management is horrible. Definately not recommended unless you have the time to waste at this place.

First time here. Overall it was a good experience! The ambience was unique, unlike others. The package they recommended me was comprehensive and worth the money, covering hair, facial and body services. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Made me a good cup of tea and offered biscuits at the end of the session???

I received $30 spa vouchers and decided to book a pampering sesh w my bestfriend. I told her abt the voucher and she was delighted. To my disappointment, we were informed during payment that we could only choose between 2 choices: pay 1st trial price of $88 or pay ala-carte price of $130-$30 = $100. Honestly, we expected to pay 1st trial price $88-$30 = $58. But that had not been the case. We left the store unhappy as the T&Cs of the voucher did not mention about only being able to utilise the voucher on ala-carte price. When in fact, it was indeed our first visit so aren’t we entitled for paying 1st trial price?? I felt very bad for my bestfriend bc I ultimately invited her to the spa to USE the voucher. Totally spoiled my mood and I think I will never return, apologies. But to be fair, my masseuse Ibu Tricia, did a very well done job in massaging me & I tipped her for it. Place is well decorated & staff are kind. Just really not happy with the lack of transparency on using the voucher. It’s an experience no one would like.

Really beautiful female spa. I highly recommend this place for Muslim woman as it’s quite a conservative environment. Very modest and private space. I thoroughly enjoyed my spa session here with my sister. My only feedback is the massage therapist can be more gentle. I reminded her 3 times to reduce pressure but she kept increasing the pressure after a few minutes.
