Used this outlet to service my toyota axio a few times initially. Found out later other companies can do a way better job than them when I tried the other companies out. . Their servicing time is super long. Once, I used my credit card to pay for the servicing. 2 days later, the details of this credit card was used by someone unknown to buy something online. I am sure the details were leaked there because I never use this card in the previous few months.

Professional and good service. Ronnie has great knowledge about tyres, learnt quite a bit.

Raof is very helpful and fixed the power window problem within a short time.

Appointment at 10am but they start work on my car at 11.20am so whats the point of Appointment? Im doing a simple engine oil servicing but it feels like im doing a major repair. They shud state that the downtime is 3hrs minimum even for simple engine oil change which is ridiculous. So i spent 10am to 2pm here for an engine oil change and its an appointment base. And also you cannot view them doing the service so basically you wouldn't know what they did to your car what oil they put and etc.

Great for regular servicing. Price is reasonable and comparable with the workshops, with a list of standard checks performed, complimentary car wash and vacuuming. Nice and large waiting lounge, convenient to "work while waiting" and for family too !

Was looking for a workshop to clean my aircon, wash my car and do servicing at one go. Google recommended this place which fits all my criterias. Chose the gold servicing package which includes air con flush, car wash and interior vacuuming. Price wise, not really that cheap, but went since its a well known brand. Was told of 4 hours downtime but received the cars in less than 3 hours. Efficient? That's what i thought. Disappointing cleaning and vacuum which was part of the service package. Came twice and disappointed twice. Car is not washed properly externally (dirt sticking on the car exterior when receiving) and internally (i doubt they even vacuumed. or their vacuum is too weak). I left a small pcs of broken plastic (2 mm by 1 mm size) at the cup holder and its still there after receiving. Had to engage another vendor to clean my car since comfort did such a bad job. Only reason for 2 stars is due to the good service by the friendly front desk staff. Called back regarding parts not fitted back properly by the workshop (on the car floor) and the front desk staffs was quick to respond and identify the parts (Good Technical knowledge). SparkCarCare was sincere and quick to provide a call to follow-up on this review. As mentioned before, really appreciate the good service by the front staff. Will update when i visit the next time.

The customer service is fantastic. Look for Cray.. Super helpful and friendly.. My first time visit. Try to get a referral for some discount.. Only concern that I have is that you don't know whether they change to the right type of oil. You don't see them doing it so you have to trust them. Also washing and vacuuming is only all they do.. They didn't wipe down my car interior.
