★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually went to another boxing gym before this one and was been ignored 99.9% of the time for 5 lessons straight and the other 0.1% of the time is scold me without even looking at me hahaha (I bought a 5 lessons package and was really proud I completed it). And then I made the switch and quality of life has improved so much. Well, having coaches that correct your mistakes is really really important in boxing, or martial art in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great boxing gym, with great coaches and members!! A must try if you are curious beginner or a seasoned boxer. They also have a great program for little and big kids - my 10yo daughter loves going there to train!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For someone who came from Indonesia, this boxing club emphasized a lot on inclusivity! From the first day I stepped in as a member, I’ve never felt outcasted. Really welcoming and fun people to hang out with! Hands down the best boxing club and community I’ve been into! Highly recommended!

Whether you’re looking for a place to get good and consistent workouts in, improve on your technique, or try your hand at sparring, all those things are available at Spartans Balestier. To add to that, all Spartans gyms have worked hard to forge friendships and a community amongst it’s staff and members. If you’re still on the fence, give a trial class a go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t rate this gym highly enough - great value for money (plenty of classes everyday). Top coaches (including professional fighters) and superb mix of technical classes and fitness. Most importantly though it is a fantastic atmosphere to work out in - friendly, inclusive and community driven. Singapore needs more gyms like this! Thanks to Fash, Yang, Thaq and all the coaches for working hard to create a very welcoming place. Come and join, get fit make friends and feel more confident in yourself.
