β β β β β Went window shopping and visited this shop. The sales personnel was good and patient although I have not confirmed my purchase. They have a nice sit around table for us to discuss our designs and drinks were served. Nice music was played and the place looks clean and good unlike the other shops I visited along the stretch of road. Will definitely confirm our orders with them.

β β β β β We were served by Jane and her service is excellent! She is efficient, very knowledgeable and customer oriented. As first time owners, we cannot be more grateful for the help she has rendered. When we had to make changes to our order, ideal bathroom was also happy to oblige. Ideal bathroom may not carry as many products as the larger stores, but they certainly carry quality products!

Their level of customer service and product experience greatly helped my decision making process.

β β β β β All my bathroom sanitary products bought from Ideal Kitchen & Bathroom are of top notched quality yet at very reasonsble prices. I am exceptionally happy with my master toilet American Standards new toilet bowl which made me decide to change for my other toilet too. Their customer first attitude from the time i walked into their showroom to installation date were simply amazing. Their sales advisor provides me with very personalized and detailed advice for my other bathroom accessories and the end results was great match with my 2 bathroom theme. Thank you Ideal for making my home looked great again. I had recommended my friends & relatives to Ideal and they have also had great customer experience with the Ideal Kitchen & Bathroom superior service.

The technician who came to my home is so competent that he explained everything honestly what l wanted to know.

β β β β β Good service and knowledgeable!! I am impressed with the sales staff, she managed to answer all my queries although my purchase is small. I went to a few other shops along Balestier and I would say none of them can quite match up, kudos for thier attempts. So do visit them for bathroom wares and fittings.

β β β β β Ordered 2 sets of American standard WC from Jane. Jane was very helpful throughout the enquiry and ordering process though this was only over the phone . A huge difference in service quality compared to the three companies in IMM.
Mr Udhaya and his team who delivered and installed were also extremely careful and dedicated to what they do. Cleaned up the place and explained the DOs and DON'T s before they left. Great job. Will definitely return to them for our other purchases.

β β β β β Went to Ideal Kitchen & Bathroom recently & was served by Jane Tan, the Sales Manager, & she recommended me American Standard Compact Codie toilet bowl for my kitchen toilet. She was very helpful, patient & friendly. She was not pushy & no hard sale at all. I finally purchased the said toilet bowl from her & also engaged their plumber to do the job. Their plumber, Mr Udaya, has done an excellent job. He was very detailed & thorough in his job. I am very happy with their services & will definitely come back & buy from them. Their products are good & prices are very reasonable. Impeccable service!!! Highly recommended!!! Keep up your great job. ?????
