SPC

I was at hougang spc and was pumping my petrol at pump 6 and we told one of the staff which is a chinese uncle that we wanted to pump $10 only and repeated three times in a row apparently he does not understand simple english. So when we went in to the counter to pay, the lady at the cashier told me it was $71++. I was shocked and i told them that i only need $10 of petrol. They checked with the uncle and the uncle insist saying that i told him it was FULL TANK? Then came the manager offering us a discount of 22% afterwhich it was reduced to $55.Paying more then i asked is too much. Although they did give us a discount but just imagine what if the person does not have enough to pay or have enough in hand to pay that amount with this slight mistake? Im writing this because im unhappy with the incompetency of the staff. It is like SPC is earning more then what we are paying for. I wish for a refund immediately as i feel it is unfair for me to pay on what we dont asked for. Please look on this matter as soon as possible.

Car wash now $12...was $8 then $10 Worker say boss renovated the yishun branch so need to standardised the costing not no one goes there.

The in charge of the repair shop, is someone with great experience, even in Mercedes and BMW... A gem hidden in the neighborhood.

Been to a few car washing services at different petrol stations around Serangopn. Still think this is the best deal for $12.

Car wash very hopless , but charge alot

04 May 2021, i went to washing car. The malays workers were chatting instead of asking me to go in car wash. Come out less than 10min, still see dirt on my car. I ask why and they say it like that need polish. I ask for a cloth to wipe and it can be easily wipe off. So disappointed with the service, it not worth $12 at all. Even my downstair indian worker part timer can wash better. ?

Pump petrol and used toilet. There is a POSBank ATM. Very convenient place. No photo.

Car wash behind pump station and workshop. Don't expect so much only wash. Price wise same like others. You want good everything for your car, wash yourself.
