★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprained my back last Saturday and went immediately to see Dr. Koh Chin Aik. When I arrived there, I realised I need to call first to make appointment. However, I was lucky that the receptionist allow me to take a seat and wait for my turn. Waited for about 30minutes, I was called by Dr. Koh himself. After understanding my situation, he spent almost an hour to treat me with acupuncture and coupling and rest for 3 days. I am now fully recovered.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at this place. Nurses and receptionist all don’t speak English. Appointment at 11am but waited until 1pm still not my turn yet. When I asked about how long more to wait, nurses refused to tell me just because I cannot pronounce the doctor’s name in mandarin well. For anyone who don’t speak mandarin, stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend, was told that i needed acupuncture, after the acupuncture the physician used a sharp thick needle to poke at least ten times, drawing blood despite my feedback on the extreme pain the physician did not ask me for permission nor respond to my pain, he then followed by using cupping to on same area drawing lots of blood. I was charged $80 which is consider on the high side for “acupuncture”. Later that evening i removed the medicated plaster as adviced and there was still blood oozing out. Go at your own risk.
