★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask for quotation to replace luggages wheel, the lady who anwswered the phone is so rude and not customer orientated. When I commented why was she so rude and should talk to customer politelt, she even said why I was so agitated. I will neber patronize shops with bad service staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they did an amazing job on repairming my bag. I’m really thankful for it. My herbag leather has water mark on it, and as its untreated leather the stain cant be removed. They coated another layer of paint, and adjusted the colour and even matte finish to be almost exactly the same as the original leather. It really looks brand new, and the price is very reasonable too. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered this awesome shop many years ago after going round Singapore to repair my luggage, which many were unable to repair. Have been sending my bags, shoes, leather jacket and stuffs like that since to this guy.
Straight talking guy who will deliver what was agreed. Very reasonble price and great value for money services.
Highly recommended, if you do not need the frills.
