โ โ โ โ โ I got tricked. I thought the NDP promo was a good deal. End up look how small the the mooncake is This picture is half of the MSW mooncake. Itโs like only 3/4 the height and width of the traditional baked mooncake. Skin is thick as well. Will not buy from them again. Iโm thinking they shrink the size because itโs 40-50% off.

โ โ โ โ โ The ice cream used to be top notched but standards have deteriorated somewhat. Now cannot help but feel that it is quite diluted. On top of that the price has gone northwards. BUY ONLY IF U NEED A QUICK COLD DURIAN FIX!

โ โ โ โ โ The China lady at the store was not polite, was rude over how she insisted we cannot redeem the shopee deal for the durian pancake. Clear t&c is stated on the Shopee voucher but she refused to allow us to redeem and tell her to contact Shopee for the refund. In that case why the company go on shopee.

โ โ โ โ โ Arranged for delivery at 12pm on 8 May but my Rosette cake did not show up. Called FSD at 12.30pm and was told that my cake has not been picked up. Re-arranged for delivery between 3-5pm. Cake arrived at 4pm but it was smashed on one side. The box was dripping wet with condensed water as if it has been left at room temperature for along time. Not sure if it is safe to be eaten but when I called the staff, she assured that it is not an issue.

Very disappointed when a couple of them are so out of shape & the slots are much bigger than mooncake itself. Mean mooncakes supposed to be bigger??
First time ordering mooncakes from this brand through Shopee at $42.90 + $3.99 shipping.
Sultan Durian tasted decent.
Skin is obviously childโs play. Canโt even wrap the durian flesh properly without excessive flour.
Mooncake shapes 5 out of 8pcs are deformed. OH MY GOSH MY WORST MOONCAKE EXPERIENCE EVER!
