★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed to be refused for gift wrapping services. Was recommended to get the ready made ones instead, which obviously won’t be able to fit the gifts that I purchased. What’s the point of putting up posters that gift wrapping is available with instore purchases then? This happened on 22 Dec 2022 at 3:30pm at Suntec outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has alot of really nice and fun novelty items. Was looking for something small and dainty to gift to my friend's for Christmas but was really indecisive. I approached one of the staff, Marissa, who was really friendly and approachable! End up getting pins with really cute puns and can't wait to gift my friends the pins!
