β β β β β 2nd T2 outlet I've ventured. Was still impressive with the extensive array of teas- Herbal, Fruit, Black teas. The set up is beautiful, starry-eyed.
I didnt manage to get the name of the guy who helped us out but he was knowledgeable and forthcoming assisting in any inquiry and gave suggestions/options too!
Pleasant vibes, good experience. Would recommend for sureβΊ??

β β β β β A place to go to if you are into teas!! The staff were informative and they can advise you on which tea suits you best based on your preference. Also, you can get to sample of some their teas at the shop itself.

β β β β β I used to shop at T2 almost every other week. And I must say the service standards are still as good as I remember it to be. A young Malay gentlemen with specs was really knowledgeable and was able to share succinctly the difference between all the black teas. He also shared about product stories when it was relevant.
Will definitely visit again soon after Iβm done with my tea supply!

β β β β β Great customer service experience here at T2! I made a click and collect order for a tea set gift i was eyeing online. After a bit of a hiccup with the online portion of the order, the phone hotline representative swiftly answered and helped address my issue. Within minutes a rep from the Suntec branch called me and assured me that the issue was addressed. Thank you to the team for the fast turn around and fantastic customer service! The gift recipient, who has a keen eye for these things, absolutely loved the high quality set.

It was also my first time stepping into the store (normally I just go to TWG) and I was clueless about everything but wow these people are so passionate about what they are selling and might've converted me into a T2 addict. Can tell it's not just another retail job for them. Thank you so much for helping me find something that will suit my taste and making the shopping experience a great one!

β β β β β After one year used of Jug a lot series 1.2L, jar started to stain, crack (but no leaking) and cloudy on the inner jar which is opposite from what they marketed on their box as glass like clarity, odour & cloud, stain PROOF. I only used it for plain water and sometimes infused with fresh fruits/herbs. After spoken to the customer service in Suntec, they told me they have never heard of this issue or nobody complain even used for 5years and asked me to write them an email. They did not response to my email for 2 weeks and the response I have from their social media mentioned it was wear and tear just like any other brands. It does not justified the price tag with the quality. Terrible customer service as well.
