Update (2021.11.23) - Apex Gifts gave a full refund for all the defected items, after we sent all the items back; courier cost borne by us but that is OK. Glad that ApexGifts acknowledged that all the items are indeed in poor conditions and acted accordingly. ========================================================== We have ordered 4 items from this vendor, 100 each. 2 of the items are in horrendous quality. There are scratch marks all over the products and some even with chips here and there. I called the vendor, by the name Jin Kiat, to request for a full refund for these two items. The vendor told me to send the items back to them (cost to be borne by myself) for them to check. He also told me that he could "try" to do a replacement for all the items with scratches (literally all of them actually) but if the quality of the replacement items is the same, then "that's it, we could not do anything more as it is what it is" - quoting from him. I have even recommended this vendor to several of my colleagues (before receiving the items, since the website if nicely done up and the pricing is transparent) but lucky that this happen and I could tell them in time. I will never ever patronize this vendor again. Not even sure if they are really serious in doing this business.
