Spine and Performance - #21 Spine and Performance

I had issues with Numbness in both my legs and hands due to my spine and severe pain in my neck. I completed all my session with Dr. Tomassini which is a combination of adjustments, Traction and Excersice specialised for my back issues. I am happy that my issues are sorted and the Excersice given to me to workout at home are working really well. Many thanks to Dr. Kevin ????

I first came to Spine and Performance with symptoms of back and neck pain. Dr. Kevin Tomassini completed a thorough examination based on answers I provided on a comprehensive evaluation form. X-rays were taken to reveal possibly anomalies and treatment was initiated the next day. Dr. Tomassini provided numerous suggestions for changes that I could make to improve my ergonomic and overall health environment in addition to chiropractic treatment. By completing the full range of chiropractic care prescribed by Dr. Tomassini, and by initiating changes in my lifestyle, I was able to find relief. After 3-4 weeks of treatment, the pain I had experienced completely subsided. I continue to utilize the suggestions that were provided and am following up with maintenance visits to Spine and Performance as needed. In short, I’ve had a wonderfully successful and pleasant experience at Spine and Performance, and Dr. Tomassini is no stanger to that.

Started seeing Kevin about 8 months ago. He has been really, really great. I had a Chiro before that who achieved nowhere near as much progress. Kevin gives you exercises to do outside of class and also has a rehab area to do some exercises as part of each adjustment session. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Dr. Tomassini is an amazing chiropractor. He truly cares for others. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I took my child in and he is excellent with kids. He helps him to relax and was able to remove the pain he were suffering in the 1st visit! Also he always has the best advice for stretching at home between adjustments. I highly reccomend Dr. Tomassini as your chiropractor!

Dr Kevin is awesome . Most chiropractors i've tried just felt like hard selling you packages . Here with Dr Kevin you want to sign with him . Not only does he do the corrections needed but he will bring you to the rehab area to teach and guide you along different exercises which you can also do at home that will greatly help with your recovery. There's always an awesome playlist going on in the background will he is tending to you . Here at Spine and Performance you are in the great hands of Dr Kevin.

Dr. Kevin was instrumental in helping my recovery from a cervical slip disc. It was my first experience with chiropracty and the a combination of fixing the spine and doing rehab exercises with him proved to be very successful. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to give Chiropracty a shot.

Dr. Kevin helped me a lot with my recovery for a knee injury that I was suffering from. The chiropractic adjustment he did in the first session itself felt like a huge burden was lifted off of me and I was walking without pain thereafter. What I like best though is Dr. Kevin is committed and passionate about nutrition and exercise as well. He patiently taught me about nutrition and even brought me to the supermarket to go through the foods I should be eating and avoiding. He took utmost care in the exercises he made me do as well. I was able to do a proper squat within three weeks of working with him. I always look forward to my visits to Spine & Performance as it feels like I'm meeting a close friend. Thank you Dr. Kevin!

Dr. Kevin is an amazing professional with a proven track record, a true healer that has helped me keep going and practicing my favourite sports. Have tried other Chiropractors but in my opinion he is by far the best around. Always very kind and effective. I strongly recommend.
