C	Claire Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I'd share my experience to warn potential renters (as I wish I had been warned about the impending construction before I signed my lease). The biggest downside to living here is the construction of a new condo (Sky Everton) right next door to the condo. You can literally peer into the construction site from the balcony. This leads to excessive noise (from about 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday) and lots of dust. I've stopped drying my clothes outdoors and the balcony becomes unusable due to the sheer amount of dust that accumulates due to the construction. I've also avoided using the pool on the 5th floor due to the same concern (massive amount of dust). Construction aside, the internal furnishings can be improved. The location is great, walking distance to Duxton and Keong Siak and about a 10 min walk to the MRT. However, the construction site, dust and noise is a massive red flag for me.

Please don’t deal with the agent name Serena Koh (unit 10-07) as she schedules house viewings during non construction hours to hide this info and does all she can do to maximize profit at the end of tenancy (charging for cabinet and marble replacement for cabinets not closing softly and unnoticeable water stains on the floor)
a	andrew wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it. Facilities great including tennis court etc...quiet if high floor, private, love walking out the heritage houses and great eateries nearby. I bicycle...can easily join up to the green corridor or east coast PCN through marina bay. Super cool for weekends
E	Eric Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved out after 3 weeks and terminated my contract. Facilities are dirty. Construction is extremely noisy. Dust flying everywhere. Good luck getting a nap in during Weekday + Saturday, there are constant banging and drilling. When you don't have a choice, make sure there hasn't been a leakage from upstairs.
