โ โ โ โ โ Excellent location and fantastic facilities. Huge balconies and two pools! The only downside is the management: theyโre very particular about paperwork and permits for absolutely everything, which is annoying.

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely condominium with cozy apartments and awesome view. Nice clean facilities like a sports pool, a swimming pool, outdoor workout area, gym, jacuzzi, rain showers and massage area, teppabyaki and bbq pits makes it a place perfect for a modern family. There is even a function room that comes equip with a TV, oven, stove for cooking, coffee maker and fridge. Only problem is need to figure out how they all work.

โ โ โ โ โ Just started renting in the building. It has nice facilities but you can't use it after 10pm. Also there is construction going on and it continues till pretty late. Apart from that it has a pretty t that you would want from an apt in Singapore

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to stay - located in a quiet and charming neighbourhood surrounded by low rise heritage shophouses and trendy cafes, yet it's only minutes away from the CBD. Good range of condo facilities including a massive pool and multiple bbq areas to host your friends. Plenty of dining options within 10min walk.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to live if you're looking to rent or buy in Singapore! I've toured many places and this one stands out! A lot of expats live here, it's close to the city, very close to Outram Park MRT, and a lot of small shops within walking distance. The facilities are very good and there is a secured gate. It does tend to be a bit pricey but I think it's definitely worth it, especially if you can find a high floor unit!
