Springdale - 51 Hindhede Walk

A good place to stay, has a basement car-park, tennis courts, indoor sports hall, a gym, function rooms and swimming pools. Plus Points: -> 5-10 mins walk to Beauty World MRT -> Good view of Bukit Timah nature reserve (especially if you stay on the 6th floor and above)

I am an expatriate, I've been living here for about 2 months now at block 45. Some stuff I need to share with anyone potentially buying or renting here in the future.. Some things I noticed living here: 1) Security is mostly not tight, during night and day people from anywhere can walk in without any security checks. No barriers or locked gates.. 2) Many noisy people living here, inconsiderate neighbors selfish neighbors and mad people.. there was once a maid murder that made headlines here in 2014 and a mother that tried to killed her son and committed suicide by jumping off the window at block 49... this condominium has lots of stories if you dig up... 3) No privacy for 926 sqft units, kitchen faces each other u can see a maid cooking, cleaning every time u go and cook.. 4) Good thing here is most people don't use facilities... 5) Oh and make sure u know that the units facing upper bukit timah are extremely noisy. There are cars racing every night... I have to keep my windows shut all day long 6)Monkeys everywhere digging trash bins prying people window for food. Can see this when u take a walk downstairs... 7) Overall i suggest not to buy here or rent here... I've seen better places with better management.

Near the train track that leads to bukit timah nature reserve. Serene and peaceful.

A nice ,quiet & peaceful private condo place. It has all the amenities needed.The area is quite big.Can always feel a brief of clean air because of its close proximity to nature namely the Bukit Timah Hill and it's reserve.Dated 14/05/2017 (Sunday)

Living here for last 10+yrs. Beautiful condo w greenery nestled inbetween bukit timah nature reserve and bukit batok nature park w both parks within 5 mins walk. Well maintained and quiet. All facilities incl largeswimming pool, 2 tennis courts, squash court and indoor badminton court. The hindhede walk side is exclusive to greenery w nothing on other side of road. The old railway track nature walk is right at door step. Direct access to upper bukit timah rd unlike the two nearby condos is an advantage. Beauty world mrt is 7 mins walk, bus stop right outside condo and 24 hrs food street at cheong chin nam, esso & shell pump w fair price express is on opposite side of rd ie 5 mins walk. 999 yrs- what more do u want?

Not good! Stayed here with friends. Too many animals roaming. Speaking of animals, the security guards really couldn't guard the premise. Always with their misinformations. Who hired these foreign talents?!

Not a good place to stay. Why? 1. No sheltered walkway from Bus stop to Condo. 2. There is no ramps for wheelchair/stroller accessbility from common area, visitor’s car and basement carpark to lift lobby 3. No proper passenger alighting and pick-up point. AND AGAIN, no Sheltered walkways. 4. Access from one lobby to another lobby are not covered with sheltered walkways. 5. Poor soundproofing. it is living hell. It makes you angry as long as your neighbors are walking around, makes you extremely angry every single day

NIce condo with lots of greenery. Tennis court, big pool with 1.2m safety depth, friendly and helpful security guards, basement carpark with ample parking. Green corridor is just next to this condo for morning walk.
