At the node of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Hindhede Nature Park, the Rail Corridor, the Coast-to-Coast Trail and the future Rifle Range Nature Park.

Beautiful Raintree Condo is surrounded by Bukit Timah nature reserve. Greenery abound. Residents here are friendly with Bukit Timah nature trail and cycling path, it's certainly good to come home after a hard day at work. Weekends you can laze around the landscape poolside with your family. Do BBQ with friends a d wash down with wine or beer! What a lifestyle.

We were looking for a place to move in with my mum and needed 4 bedrooms, after looking around at more than 20 places in both the east and west. We found this gem of a place, a cul de sac situated right next to a nature reserve. Mornings we are greeted by birds chirping ( yes you don’t need an app) and cool breeze. Evenings, cicadas lull you to sleep amidst a very quiet neighborhood. People are great here though you hardly see the 300 households cos of the underground parking. One of the most under rated condos in S’pore - cos everyone wants a place next to the MRT and stores - like just walk a bit it’s good for your health - bukit hill, green corridor, Bukit Batok park are all within 5-10 mins walk. Best testimonials are the ones who moved out, couldn’t find a nicer place and found another place back here again. Maintenance for a 12 year old place is one of the best we have seen, pool maintenance has been questionable of late and hope it’s gets resolved. Well done to the MCTS so far, keep it up and happy new year!

We have lived here for almost a year. Let's start with the good points- the condo is situated next to the nature reserve so great for nature lovers. However the downside to this is that you are quite far from any public transport so will need a car or to take taxis. The people living here are very friendly and it seems great for kids. That said, this has to be the most noisy place we have ever lived. The units are extremely poorly sound proofed which means you will hear every footstep of your neighbour and if they have kids- good luck! Sometimes it feels like our neighbours are going to come through our ceiling! That's not to mention the incredible amounts of renovation works that are permitted here- that mixed with the poor sound insulation isn't great. So, if you like peace, the Raintree is not for you. Lastly, the facilities at the condo are in a very poor state of repair. If you like a nice air conditioned gym, again, the Raintree is not the place for you as the AC has not been working properly for a long time and the blinds don't wont so you can't block out the sun which means you will essentially be working out in a sauna. That's not to mention the murky pool which has recently been out of action for over a week. When you complain to the management about this, their hands are tied as there doesn't seem to be any money to fix anything. Finally, be prepared to see a lot of dog poop (there are many pet dogs) around the facilities- so watch where you walk!

Recent maintenance work has been very poorly done, without any apparent input or guidance from the original architects. The poor quality of paint work will almost certainly end up reducing the appeal and value of the condos - if not quickly rectified. The sad thing is - this place is extremely well-designed and incredibly well positioned (near the jungle.) It is quiet and the quality of air is wonderful. Prior to this latest work, the finish and maintenance was always first-class (we have lived here 7 years.) What a shame.

Spotted a family of wild boars in Aug 2020. Since then, been driving over for a peek occassionally before heading home. It's like night safari :D. Now a fence is put up outside the Condo and we only gets to see one once in a while.
