Stay away from this place. These guys r overpriced. Firstly wanted 40 dollars each way for transport. Which i said no need ill pick up and drop off. They wanted a total of 80 dollars for transport. Thats outrageous Then over the phone they said it would cost 190 to refill/service my 2kg halotron extinguisher. I thought this in itself was a bit on the high side since a brand new one costs just above 600 dollars, but i figured whatever, go ahead and do it. They sent an email saying the same thing with the total price and breakdown as seen below (ive blocked out all personal info eg names). When our company driver went to pick it up with the cheque in hand for the ammount requested, these guys tried pulling a fast one. Saying its actually 195 per kg, not once did they mention this before , so i needed to give them an extra 200. This was the office clerk saying all this. So our driver called me, and i tried speaking. The lady didnt want to listen to reason, and didnt want to put me through to her manager or give me his number. This increased my frustration level and i told her off. Threatening to go to CASE and SCDF as i felt something very fishy was going on here. She finally handed the phone to her manager, and he claimed it was his office girls mistake, and the actual price is 195 per kg, but they will honor whats on the email. I even told him something seems fishy here. They said no, nothing it was simply her mistake. I honestly did not believe them. I felt like they were tryjng to pull a fast one because i didnt want to pay 80 dollars for transport. In the end they accepted my cheque for the ammount emailed and gave back my extinguishers. I am not going to check back on this review and bother replying to what they have to say Trust me when i say do not come here for anything. See my other reviews i dont just leave negative ones. These guys will try to rip you off just like they tried to rip me off. I am never coming back here again and in the future will look for other companies to service my fire extinguishers If anyone from CASE is reading this, you guys should really look into them, i dont have the time to come over and file a report
