I would highly recommend Sprint-Cass for purchases. I experienced a problem with my Sony headphones and hadnโ€™t registered my warranty. Raymond Chen sorted things out overnight and Sony sent a replacement within days. I look forward to my next airport purchase with them. Their sales staff were also very helpful. Thankyou.

Bought headphones worth about $300. They did not fit me. Asked for refund policy & was told they dont do any refunds under any circumstance. Since I had to catch a flight, I took their word for it. In my flight, I read sales receipt and it said refund policy was 30 days. I did not keep the box & am stuck with $300 headphones that dont fit me and dont sound good. Feel cheated.

A few months back, I made an informed decision to purchase the Jabra Elite Active 65t thanks to the knowledgeable sales person at Cass-Sprint T3 who was able to advise me on the differences between various brands and products. Yesterday, it occured to me that I had lost the receipt so I emailed the 2 stores in T3 with the relevant purchase information to request for a reissue of the invoice (for warranty purposes). To my pleasant surprise, Dennis from the store was really efficient and replied in less than one working day with the necessary documents!

They were willing to get me the color from other branches which was not available at their store by not requesting any deposit. Amazing service & attitude. P/S : I got the best deal for my speaker which been looking from many countries + you might bump into those limited edition which sold out everywhere with great deal.

Bought a 4k Sony Camera (which the salesman suggested I buy saying it is the latest and best camera when I wanted a GoPro) and the latest Samsung smart watch from here when travelling to Singapore as a tourist for a few days and within weeks the watch โŒš started malfunctioning and the battery of the camera died very quickly even after every recharge. The salesman even said that their prices are the lowest and so I bought these items. Later when I visited Sim Lim Square in Singapore, I found the same watch for a much lower price. After I returned to my country and tried to get the watch repaired for free with the warranty, I was told that it cannot be fixed with this warranty for free as it is limited to Singapore and that if the watch is disassembled, the warranty will become void. The cost of repairing is almost the same as buying a new watch. The printed text of the receipt they gave had also faded so I had a hard time finding the details of this store. I found it today after a Google search. I couldn't visit Singapore ?? to get the watch fixed or the camera battery replaced because of COVID-19 travel regulations. After reading the other reviews just now, I found that I am not the only victim. I am going to lodge a complaint. Why do they cheat tourists like this and tarnish the image of Singapore and Changi airport?

Recently bought a Sony camera from Spring-Cass through ishopchangi.com that turned out to be faulty. They honoured the 30-day return policy and agree for the camera to be returned and refunded swiftly. I then order another one from them and they offered to have the delivery colleague do the swap (faulty one back to them, new one to me) on delivery. Have been using the new camera happily since no problem at all. Just ordered another e-reader from them because of their trustworthy service. There might be other cheaper dubious options on the internet, but I wouldn't trade the excellent service and peace of mind in case anything went wrong for 10-20 bucks when you buy expensive electronic products. Thank you Sprint-Cass. You beat your competition in Singapore hands down
