★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was very helpful in reserving an item for me before my flight, prices are great given lack of GST charged. SuperMeutrier's earlier review is inaccurate. You cannot claim GST refund because prices of items in the transit area of Changi Airport are already without GST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a. called up this Sony Changi outlet 10 days before flight to check SD card stock availability.
b. Sony male staff confirms there are plenty and there is no need to reserve.
c. went there 2 hours before flight and another lady staff say there are only 2 left on the shelf !
d. It is not shocking as Sony products are popular.
e. but it will be very disappointing when I do not get any card.
f. So Sony, next time when a customer requests for a product reservation, clearly open your ears and do not give any reasons to reject your customers reasonable request of any kind.
g. it will do good for this shop and your customers as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say enough good things about this place. One of the guys, Patrick, helped me out a ton when I bought my camera and even helped me set it up and trouble shoot it. Dude even gave me peanut butter sandwich because I was hungry! Haha, I am not kidding. They were so helpful and I am so grateful for all the help, highly recommended!
