★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, we used Sprout to incorporate our new company and be our company secretariat. Jackson is knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful and their rates was the best as it included comprehensive company secretarial support in the first year with no hidden charges.
We called around other companies where they had so many hidden charges for the same service, so even though they said they were cheaper, we found out when we went to their offices of a long list of extra charges they don't advertise - very annoying and wasting my time.
So if you want an honest service with no hidden costs and charges, use Sprout. We are glad we did.
