I loved the food of kumbkarna that's the reason I prefer to order it to my home .
With the recent experience I had ,I am giving this 1 star .
We have ordered 4 biryanis and the order came around 9.30 pm, when we tried to eat the food at 12 am to 12.30 am we have found out that the food is spoiled . We tried to reach out to the manager and tried to explain the situation to him .
The manager reasoned us saying that it was our fault as we should have put it in the freezer so that the food doesn't get spoiled .
I find it hard to accept what the manager has said as any freshly prepared food doesn't get spoiled in 3 hrs time.
Initially we asked for a refund but the manager was reluctant for this . So we have asked him to repeat the same order and they were not ok for this as well.
I did not expect the food getting spoiled and then the response I from the manager .
I hope services get better and no one has to face the same problem I did .
