★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent authentic Andhra food and suitable for everyone who wants to enjoy some south indian food. The food is quite delicious, especially the non vegetarian curries are excellent in taste and in my opinion nowhere in Singapore we will get this kind of taste. The food is also well suitable for kids because it’s less/moderate spicy. The ambience of the restaurant also quite good though bit compact in size. Also, the price of the food is quite reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant (south/north Indian) to taste some authentic Andhra food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome & sumptuous lunch for 20 pax, father’s day celebration. The restaurant put in efforts to reserve and arrange for 20 of us to dine in on a Sunday lunch. Different from the usual south indian cuisine & their signature dishes were unique & tasty especially the spicy dishes were really too good, we loved it! Sri Kumbhakarna Restaurant is quite new (less than 2 years) but indeed a hidden treasure among the row of exquisite dinning along Race Course Road. It also has a second storey to host private parties. Staffs were very hardworking, helpful & friendly. Excellence service! Reasonable price for a tasty meal. Still can improve by giving discount or complimentary dishes/deserts when such big group dines with a huge bill, maybe the management can look into this to sustain return customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate naattukoli biriyani, chicken meat is over cooked, so it was very hard to bite and chew. Biriyani also tasteless. So almost 80 percent of the food wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Raju gari kodi pulav with mango lassi. I would say that it isn’t the best we had but it was enough to say it’s good. Mango lassi isn’t fresh but at least it isn’t flavoured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally different from sayed alwi road and expected tanduri chicken fry biryani. Just given 1 tanduri and rice charged 18.5$. Dry rice with 1 hard chicken piece. Totally lost mind and disappointed.
