★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad delivery service. I don't mind sending items late at night due to Covid situation acceptable but the rice packet torn and rice drops on the floor. The delivery man from Simei Branch didn't even acknowledge to us even didn't say sorry. He just walk off. Poor service.
I experienced Yishun branch delivery man was good. But, simei branch delivery service is poor.
