First try in this humble restaurant. Service is great and patience in recommending their popular dishes. Had ordered garlic fried chicken, Tom yum prawn, prawn cake, Brasil minced pork and egg omelette. All taste super nice. Keep it up.

Enjoyed the food at Sshiok Thai. Could pre-order via whatsapp before collecting. Enjoyed the prawn cake especially! The basil pork, green curry chicken and tom yum prawn soup were also flavorful ??

A gem in Jurong East/West area. It started with a reservation call and was asked to come later timing as only 1 chef cum server. There was no menu and so food was ordered table by table. It was interesting when the chef asked: โ€œDo you trust me to order for you?โ€ Almost like private chef cooking on the spot.. yes we went along and we end up ordering what the previous table ordered so he can cook it in double portion and in double timing. Food turns out to be really really good and good value. We managed to get Mu Ping (bbq pork) that ran out soon, which was very good and there were 7 big fresh prawns in the Tom Yam soup. My fav was Sambal Petai although I was never a fan of Petai, but this was good! We ended up so full and so satisfied. We will come back again for sure and try out the other dishes. This place Deserved a 5 star shoutout here as I usually only review those at the bottom or those at top that deserved a honest review. Keep up the good Wok ! ??

Came here on a sunday evening with 2 other friends. There is no set menu, chef came out to recommend food to us. Ordered the prawn cakes - they were great!! My favourite dish, must order. Had the basil pork, and Qing Long vegetables, they were good. Lastly is the red tom yum soup, came with several prawns, soup was good with the rice. Yums! Friendly chef even chatted with us when we finished the food. Learnt that they are able to customize dish according to portion (example for 1 person). Overall great food, will come back again. We finished everything (2nd photo as evidence)

Was surprised during the first visit as we were informed that thereโ€™s a really long waiting time/list if we didnโ€™t make a reservations, as we stayed in the area, we left disappointed but with high hopes since itโ€™s really famous in the neighbourhood. During our second visit, we were lucky enough to have a reservation within 1.5 hours of calling them for a reservation. ? basil pork had a really strong basil taste to it, the only dish that wasnโ€™t really to our flavour/liking ? curry pork slices was really nice, quite a Singapore twist to it with the curry powder added to the sauce ? potato leave wasnโ€™t sambal as stated, but was very generous in servings and came with minced pork as well ? petai (prawn/minced pork) had a very fragrant taste to it which exploded in the mouth, definitely one of the highlights of the meal ? the tomyum soup wasnโ€™t too kick, but good enough to continue sipping throughout the meal - seafood wasnโ€™t as fresh though Definitely will return to try their other selection in their hand written menu! *For those who drinks, Singha goes for $45 for 6 quartz and Leo goes for $30 for 6 quartz

Went on a Sunday afternoon, message the chef prior to going there. The service is really awesome, chef is friendly to recommend us the food. Ordered Thai basil pork, prawn cake and Tomyam prawn (didnโ€™t take a picture of the tomyam). The basil pork and prawn cake are literally a โ€œwowโ€, will return soon to try it again! Will definitely bring more friends so that I can try more variety of dishes! Thumbs up! ?? Worth for the price, do ring/message the chef to make sure your reservation is accepted!

Authentic Thai food within a HDB estate. When we were there the chef-server was very busy but he took the time to communicate clearly and was friendly. Food was delicious and portions were huge. Very good value for money and highly recommended if looking for Thai food in this area.
