I have taken up a diploma course here, they promised I can get some $$$ from skillfuture after completed the course, and it has been 2 months since completion and yet I have not receive the final cert and the reward.. It is just a Big Fraud . Just waste of time and people's skill future money

O-Level student who has been fooled wastes time and energy here, and don’t be influenced by the front desk intermediary it’s not like really what they said once you sign the contract and payment you’ll in hell,one full time teacher with lack experience handle 3 course the rest all are part time, they won't be responsible to you at all.it’s just wasting your money and expensive time hope my experience will help you move on better!

To whom it may concern, I'm writing with regards to my Professional Diploma In Leadership And People Managent cert using my skill future which I had yet to see it reflected on the Skill future website. I have submitted all my 8 x SOA certs on the 25th of October and was told I will see my diploma reflected in the skill future website within 3 to 6 weeks. However till date I don't see it in my Skill passport. I have been contacting you guys via the WhatsApp and I didn't get any updates except telling me that I'm using the mobile app hence I'm not able to see the cert reflected. And I did explain that I had checked both on the website and app but still till today I don't have get an answer to my missing Diploma cert which I'm supposed to submit to claim the reward. I need an explanation as a fellow classmates of mine got his Diploma even when he finish his last module and submitted his SOA later than me. Can I know what is the issue? Is this how SSTC treat your students? Make them hanging in the air without any explanation after close to 2 months?? Hope to hear you guys soon before I'm going to the respective media to get an answer from you. And today I received a reply from their business WhatsApp that there is a system error and they expect me to call SSG to find out what happen to my cert. After close to 2 months!
