The skill of installation n callings are top notch, like those in a data center. Thankfully his is OCD about cabling...;-) . His tuning is fantastic. My car never sounded like this in years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie, his entire team, and this workshop is what I've been looking for in an audio workshop. Eddie is friendly, takes the time to explain every single thing to me, and I mean EVERYTHING.
A huge thank you to Ah Wei and Eddie for the long but completely necessary hours spent on my car today to fix the mistakes of previous workshops.
If you're reading this review (and reviews of other workshops) please stop thinking and just settle on ST Audio Master, they are fucking fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with my stock head unit. Called up last minute on a Sunday to make an appointment for the check. Phone call was brief and they sounded very friendly with a clear quotation for my audio check. Upon dropping by, the boss manage to check the issue to get my stock radio running. Frankly, no hard selling and he never mention that my unit is faulty before checking. This makes me calm with a feeling of trust to leave it to the professionals. I definitely recommend them and do call them first before heading down. They too do installations of car cams if you bought one on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 1st Car Audio shop that delivers the service and hears what I wanted. Eddie took time to draw, explain the workings and details of what he was offering according to what I wanted.
He then sent me pictures of the stages of the progress of his work on my car. Everything was very transparent and clear. No hidden cost and all. His college Ah Wei was very diligent and affirming while installing. In fact, it’s the best I have encountered thus far.
Their attitude towards the whole package and my car was excellent. End result, I have an orchestral stage or a rock concert stage coming from my windscreen within my budget... clarity with tight bass!!! Love the details!
