D	Denson Chin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this shop at all costs If I can give zero star, I will Had my full system installed by them, charged extra for tuning which I think should be inclusive in the installation. Should communicate if they are separating all these charges . However, the worse part come after the car is done . Multiple panel have visual damages from the installation, sail panel center console steering wheel. That's 400 workmanship? Charging for tuning is fine...But the end result is so amateur. No midbass and sub is worst? When I asked and he told me your system limitation? How can a installation with DSP and amp sounded worse off as compared to factory settings? Ask what is sound tuning.....Sit in car listen then tune? I think charging 300 is not justifiable. Better ask how he tune before you commit. Will not go again not recommended, don't be fooled by the trophies on displayed. Maybe if you have 5k spending then they do a proper tuning? 3k too little to have a proper job done?
E	EC G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed my Honda Odyssey audio system 7 years ago at Foon Audio. Good workmanship and quality audio system at a reasonable price. The system allowed me to switch between DVD, bluetooth, FM and CD seamlessly. Sent my car to a nearby workshop for servicing and some change of parts 2 days ago. Collected my car today and realised that the mechanics may have reset my audio system. It stopped working and all the preset programs for my audio system disappeared. Gave Foon a call immediately and was asked to bring the car in on the same day. The issue was resolved on the spot and he did not charge for it! Great after sales service!

A	Adrian Ooi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to install the iroad car cam 1 year ago. Recently during my servicing at Audi, was diagnosed fault light on my airbag crash sensor. Ended up have to replace the whole unit costing $300. The finding was the wiring done by Foon Audio. They wired the car cam together with the airbag sensor to the power source when there are plenty of empty slots to tap power from. Was very disappointed with them for this kind of amateur work. If the circuitry were to short circuit, my airbag might be triggered. Advice to all, please make sure they do your wiring properly if you were to install car cam there.

Due to budget, I went with an active sub mounted under passenger side glove box. Was concerned it would drop (as it had happened to me with another installer previously). But Foon fabricated a piece of wood and mounted the sub on the wood. Wood was beautifully finished and wrapped very professionally and solidly mounted. Despite having worked on my car way past closing time, he was still meticulous and conscientious. Highly recommended!
