β β β β β I called in to make appointment for car wash and was told to arrive before 1830 (official closing at 1900) will do. On the same day I arrived at 1815 and realized the shop was already closed. Called to clarify but was told they closed earlier as thereβs no customer. What an irresponsible act!

β β β β β i have sent my cars to this place for Toughseal paint protection over a few years. This is a car groomer providing good paint protection service (PPS) at a reasonable price. Car wash is just a sideline business. From my experience, if your car is Toughsealed by them, you WILL have priority for car wash, guaranteed. I have requested them to remove stubborn stains and minor scratches during these $10 car washes and they are happy to oblige.
I have the privilege of owning 5-6 different cars over a couple of decades and have tried a few PPS from different vendors. ALL of them needs regular touch ups regardless of what the groomer claims. A good PPS protects the paint from staining due to acid rain and bird droppings and make the car ownerβs life easier in maintaining the shine.ST Auto have been around for more than 15yrs doing the same Toughseal PPS, Iβm happy with their PPS coating and the service.

β β β β β Made a wasted trip at 6.20pm.
This place was recommended by a friend so I thought we could try out their car washing service first.
I called to inform that I will reach before 6.30pm and their staff said ok. But at 6.20pm their shutters were already down.
I even PM-ed them on Facebook to express my disappointment and was told they closed at 6.30pm. They will close 10 minutes earlier if there are no cars. Their business hours are based on βI feel like going home early today so I will close early todayβ.
Unprofessional even before experiencing any of their services. Not recommended.
