★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean can see that they have maintained this place well even though this place is pretty old. Very well ventilated with those mega fans. The staff are very polite too. Can get it done within an hour during off peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watching my car being inspected at 1112am on Saturday. Google warned about it being “busier than normal” but it was the same for all other inspection centers so I headed here.
All the reviews i read were true. I arrived, joined short queue for lane 4. Parked and went to pay up $70 at the office receipt reads 1105am.
There was One car ahead of me. Came back in time to move my car ahead one spot, I was second in q.
It’s no fuss, swift, in and out. Thank goodness I skipped the other places (where I waited and waited for up to 20 min without moving in the q)??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One hour queue in hot sun for a mandatory annual inspection test that lasts 5min. Massive waste of fuel by hundreds of vehicles doing this daily. Surely the STA can open more centres across the city to alleviate this wastage of time and fuel.

If you're ever anxious about car inspection, come here where all the staff are always helpful and friendly and not anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although no internal photography allowed, staffs are pleasant, efficient. Yes today 11.45am was indeed very very long queue of approx 20 vehicles.
Yet every engineer was detailed , patient in their job.
Extra lane was opened to cater for more vehicles to be checked.
No doubts inspection was long waiting. For me, approx 48min. Fair enough. Expected to be 1 hour or more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached there at 8.15am on a weekday and there were only 2 cars before mine. Payment has to be done in the office once your vehicle is in the queue before the technician takes over the car fir inspection. Service was quite good and swift. The cashiers served with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in the morning around 9.30am only two lane was open. Slow moving queue. Payment inside building, counter lady was impatient and demanding for speedy payment as long queue. On the bright side technician was friendly and inspection was a breeze through.
