★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to replace my faulty IU. The waiting time is long (70-90min on weekends), especially with the recent afflux of Malaysian-registered véhicules, but the technicians are always friendly and composed. Sad that the IUs for motorcycles keep failing after a bit of rain (seems like the IUs manufacturer did not foresee that a motorcycle will ride under the rain ?). I hope they new generation of IUs will be more sturdy and adapted to motorcycles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience, the testers are great and explained what are the things needs to retest. Downside is just the waiting time is long ard 60 mins on a weekday afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are seen pro active directing and assisting to help those using the payment kiosk. Even if you were to fail the inspection, staff will give an explaination so polite that you dont feel bad at all. Busy place even during non peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most convenient places to do your testing and also get the reports it takes about 20 to 30 minutes or a normal day but if you have to park in the open space and if it's hot then my suggestion is to come back a few minutes later or try another day when there are about five or six cars. People who handle your car are very professional and all the tests are done very fast and if you want to have a printed report you can ask them for it but nowadays LTA is just recording all of this in the system and saving on paper. The terminals to pay your fees and testing charges are really old so sometimes they don't work very well especially the diners club payment option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Queues were not properly managed. Staff & management have a can't be bothered attitude. I don't care what are their internal politics but customers should not suffer the brunt of their internal conflicts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this center around 11:30am which is during its peak hours. There were coordinator available to orchestrate and to help to progress the car inspection in a quick and orderly manner. There were 10 cars ahead of me but I was able to finished by 12:40pm. Also available on site an office yo also pay my road tax. Great job Vicom.
