Adjacent building to this building is nick named CBP2 also used by Standard Chartered Bank. There are no other published tenants in this building. Canteen in this building is in Level 1 and can be accessed by general public during office hours. Western, Chinese and Indian food available in this canteen in reasonable prices and reasonably good ambience.

E	Eugene Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work here currently. Do note that this location is pretty inaccessible if the company stopped offering the extensive shuttle bus service for its employees. However, with the opening of the Downtown line phase 3, it is ever so slightly more convenient. In terms of food offerings, there are several Food courts and coffee shops in the vicinity of the office building. The only downside about it is that there are not complete shelters paths to these places so do bring an umbrella if it looks like it’s about to rain.

It even has a watch tower to have a good view of the city from outskirts. Located in a wide open space for easy access .
