Go to some other shops instead. Shop's a rip off, patronise at your own risk. Will try to scam and make you pay more than what you intended to. Wanted to print my notes and they purposely acted blur so the notes was not as what i intended. I had to pay twice the original amount

Printing service was 50 cents per piece, which was relatively expensive. Also, which professional printing shop doesn't have the 'print on both sides' option enabled?? The first time it came out as two pieces, which was acceptable mistake but when I requested to reuse the single sheet of paper, I was told no it will mess up the printer. Again, which printing shop doesn't allow this? Total cost for printing one page, double sided was $2???

The lady at the shop was quite rude and ignored me for over 20 minutes. She services other Chinese customers in the shop before coming to me. This might have been the language barrier, however still felt rude. I wanted to get a picture printed that I sent via email but she insisted that I connect to the store WiFi and upload to a server. This seemed very suspicious. Finally after 15 minutes she accepted to print from email. Overall a very poor and disappointing experience.

Today, Monday, 22 February 2021, I went to Standard Photo People Park's Complex at 02:06 pm to get my new passport photo done and to be given a receipt provided in the photo below for me to come back after 3 pm the same day for collection of my 6 pcs of passport photograph and my CD that includes both the pdf photo for online passport renewal submission in pixel format and the pdf 35mm photo. For ease of reference, the photoshoot inclusive with 6 pcs of passport photo is S$9.50 and the CD add-on is S$5 respectively.

Terrible experience! Went to take passport photograph last saturday at around 1230pm and I asked for digital format and was told that it will be ready within 3 hours to my email. 3 hours later i called back to the shop and was told that they will check and call me back. No one called me back and they have already closed the shop by 7pm and I couldn't get hold of them. The next day was a Sunday and they are not open for business! Left without a choice I waited till monday with no email sent at all, and no one picks up the call till 1pm. Again I was told to wait and they will check and they only called me back around 5pm and said that they have just sent the digital photo to my email. This is not acceptable as the lady said that she just came to work and the other lady who answered my call have no idea who I am, hence the delay and with no apologies for having me waited for 2 days when it was supposed to be ready within 3 hours. Quality of the photo is blur and not clear and i am pretty sure it will be rejected by ICA and if i wish i could even 0 star this shop which I could not. AVOID THIS SHOP! Horrible experience with lousy quality.

Insist that she don't need ceiling lights or flash to take passport photo, turned out horrendous, no choice as I need photo to apply for visa. Found an automated photo booth on my way back and retook and was so much better for a cheaper price!! I would have given zero or minus zero if I can.

I wanted to print some portrait photos which I produces myself and wanted it to be printed on standard paper. The printshop replied that it is a passport photo that I want to copy and that that will increase the charge from 50 cents to 11 dollar/photo. Even though I told them I want it to be printed with the normal printer, they did not proceed. In my opinion that is a scam. It would not be any additional work to print the photo, it is just that they want more money for exactly the same service because I need the photo. Totally cannot recommend to go there.

The 2 ladies at the store today took the time and effort to ensure that I’m pleased with my passport photo. They were kind and patient, took multiple photos of me, allowed me to check and adjust quite a few times, and pro-actively offered solutions to make the result even better. Further, they double-checked online for requirements and provided me multiple variations of my photos just in case. Last but not least, they pleasantly expedited photo delivery within 20 mins. Perhaps that’s because I came in a time when the shop’s not too busy with customers. But still a marked difference from the typical passport photo-taking experiences that I’ve had in the past that tends to be snappy and offered relatively little opportunities for adjustments. For me, I think the sincere and kind attitude do play a significant part in making a distinguished great customer service as well. I’m sure other customers would be pleased if they can consistently deliver such services, of course while balancing the customer flow in the shop. Once again, kudos for providing me with a great experience today, thank you! :)
