β β β β β Awful experience . Took our white gold wedding bands for renew, the owner did not warn us about the engraving inside our rings . After renewing the rings our wordings inside the rings disappeared! I asked if itβs due to the fact that the craftsman polished too deep and they replied itβs none of their business and there was no guarantee. I asked for refund or helped us engrave the same wordings again and they rejected . I told them itβs fine you earned my money and lost the trust in the business . Googler- Never visit this shop for repair service !
