I came to Elissa to do eye broidery is extremely good. I at first i was very worried as i didnt know hee. But was very glad that my eyebrow turn out very natural. Elissa is very experienced she did it very fast within an houe.

The staff was really nice and accommodating! Supper happy with the result.i love my eyebrow, the colour isn't heavy and it looks so natural, Definitely will stick to them all the way

Elissa charged $288 for semi permanent eyebrow embroidery that was supposed to last for about 1 yeari before I will need to come down for touch up for it to last longer. Within 10 days, it started fading and is now patchy. As usual, she insisted on 28 days but that obviously didn't help. She wanted to charge me $150 for touch up and insisted that her staff told me I had to pay for touch up within 3 months if I wanted it to last a year. This seems like not the first time it happened according to the other reviews here and I wasn't informed of all this before . Does it make sense to pay $288 for semi permanent eye brow and another $150 within a month for it to last a year. PLS DO NOT PATRONISE THEM AND READ THE REVIEWS HERE.

Went for eyebrow embroidery today. The stylist was very very good and patient. Could tell I was nervous and helped to calm me down (first time doing!) Highly recommend them because of their attention to detail and amazing attitude and professionalism

Had my first eyebrow embroidery done here in 2019 and it was a great experience, brows looked natural. My brows managed to last for 2 years with no touch up! Came back again in 2022 to redo and as expected, the experience was still great! Elissa is really experienced and helpful, I recommend their service!

Since 22 Aug 2019, I have gone to Elissa the boss herself for my eyebrow embroidery. She did laser to remove my old eyebrow shape and she re-did my eyebrow for me. I went back to her for touch up after the first embroidery and she did not charge me. I always paid in advance the touch up fees and would go back to her and so far no issues. Her staff are nice and professional as I have phobia when doing eyelash extension and I stopped halfway and they did not even charged me for it. I actually just got my eyebrow touch up done yesterday and it was great as usual. Elissa is patient and she would listen if I have any suggestions about my eyebrows. She would also give her best advice and tell you what is good and what is not. I don’t know why there are bad reviews. I would still go back to her and this August 22 will be 3 years that I have been her regular customer.
