★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my iPhone glass replacement done today at BPP outlet by Hong. Was immediately attended to, and the job was done in 30 mins. Pleasantly surprised to get a tempered glass screen protector (FOC) in place and the phone fully charged when I came back to pick it up. Workmanship also looks good. Recommended.

Hong is very friendly, responsive and genuine when he clearly explained the issues of my phone and answered to all my queries. He is very knowledgeable and professional with really amazing customer service. It will be my only go-to shop in future and I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that needs help. Thumbs up! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhone screen stopped working.. Pei Jin was very polite and able to explain why the screen stopped working and promptly worked on the phone to replace the screen. Was able to collect it on time, and she also helped to install a screen protector. The workmanship was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed in 2 days. Liquid damage on vintage Macbook Pro. Replaced motherboard AND battery for 280 when apple wanted me to ‘diagnose issue only’ for 130. They updated me daily on the process and was very transparent. Laptop worked perfectly. Highly recommend

Other shops I went to asked me to wait 2 weeks so they could order the specific battery I needed and i was really frustrated. Glad i went to them for a hassle free fix! Would highly reccomend them!

Easy to locate PhoneNation via mrt linkway or just take the escalator down to B2 near Singtel. Highly recommend!
