The first one I got died within a week, they then changed it with one that appeared quite dim but they said it was normal. The screen died after about 3 months and they said they would not refund as it's out of warranty.

Arrived, advised pick up in 30 minutes, told them will be there by 6, reached at 6 the technician haven't even looked at the phone yet. Told me that I said that i will come 6:30. Anyway they started to open the phone immediately and ended up removing my battery, first told me my battery isn't spoiled as it isn't bloated, it is a motherboard issue and continued to quickly close my phone up, however I insisted that I need a new battery and only then they "found" out that the battery they have isn't for s10e its bigger in size(s10 probably). Told me their technician sent them wrong battery. Wasted time, lies after lies. Also beware their battery warranty only covers bloating or battery not charging, it won't cover if battery isn't holding the charge long enough, meaning they won't cover short battery life of their new battery. They will definitely reject your battery claim. If it isn't bloating or not charging.
A	Akash Goenka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop to go to. I went to shop to repair my Apple Watch to change the battery. Watch was completely in working condition before I gave to them. They took the watch and told me to wait for 30 min for repair to change the battery. After 15 min they called and told that my touch screen is not working. Today morning I used my watch and did all pairing and unpairing operation before I came to repair. The screen was completely working fine and before handover also I unlocked and gave to them. Now the person is shamelessly telling that screen was bad before I hand over. I felt so cheated with this shop. They are kind of thugs who like to extract more money by damaging more parts of your equipments. Be careful before you handover anything to them for repair. My watch is a junk now and I need to live with that. SHAME ON YOU Breakfixnow.

Sent a message to their whatsapp. The reply was prompt and the message that came in was crafted nicely, it give me the assurance that they will try their best to help. I was really quite worried as my files were not backed up. Within 2 hours that they updated me the reason as well as the cost. I expressed my urgency again and to my delight, my macbook pro was repaired by the next day! Excellent customer service too!
