★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the staff and service here! After just a couple of visits, the servers remember your name and your order, that's great service for me!
The food and beverage is on par with other Starbucks in Singapore, while the layout is very conducive to a quick catchup on your notebook or PC.
Definitely stop by if you have time to spare in the downtown area.

Crowds were sparse and the air conditioning was cold enough. Friendly staff and good service. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note this single star rating is for the service I got today at this outlet. In general I love Starbucks brand and this outlet also had been a frequent visitor for meetings. But, Today i got a shock when i asked for a receipt of my order and i was told by Me John there that they have gone paperless and when i insisted, i was told to wait back at the billing counter again. I requested if receipt could me given to me in the meanwhile I could have my coffee and meeting but I was told to wait else no.
In short why receipts are not provided by Starbucks which is a basic right of a customer and if you claim you have gone paperless then give e-receipts, or remove paper cups and paper straws as well.

Standard Starbucks menu, currently there are some seasonal drinks available.
The merchandise range are quite wide, had various mugs and tumblers.
The area for this outlet is quite spacious, various type seating arrangements available, from bar top to normal table to sofa area.
Service wise- the staffs are quite fast in their work, and very friendly.
The store is quite clean and neat.
A good place to chill out and relax, just order your favourite drinks and watch the world passes by.
