★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the venti sized dark chocolate mocha, and was rather disappointed that it wasn’t as good as I hoped it was..
Rich in its own way, the bitter note of the espresso sets the tone of the drink, making it less chocolatey (if it’s even dark chocolate in any way).
Also at this price premium for a Starbucks Reserve drink, I would certainly expect a better carrying cup on top of the quality drink that’s within - I was struggling to keep the cup within a hand due to the heat that was penetrating the paper cup, and that the weight of the cup was rather substantial..
Not the best experience definitely, especially if you are taking out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say, my lowest ranked Starbucks in Singapore.
Layout and ambience were great.
The services were clearly lacking, bad in my opinion.
While I took a bit more time to decide my order, never did I experience a staff who rolled his eyes and walked away without saying anything. I was very sure, when I took more time to order when I was in other outlets, none of the staffs did such rude gesture before. Moreover, there was no one after me.
Even the order was mixed up, I ordered less sweet for my drink, somehow, the order became extra sweet instead. Normally, the Starbucks staff would repeat to confirm the customer’s order. This particular staff, just stayed mostly quiet.
Not sure, if Starbucks forgotten to pay his salary, hence his frustrations.
Anyway, this incident would not stop me from patronising Starbucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to have my drink a few months back and the staffs were really nice to give me directions around when i needed help. Friendly and approachable. On my second recent visit, my drink was accidentally cleared when i went to the toilet as they thought my valuables were for a next customer and i did not inform them to not clear them. However, the staffs were really sweet and offered to make another drink for me despite it being my mistake as well. Excellent service. Definitely worth paying a visit. Would definitely come back again ?? To the staff that prepared me a new drink, Thank you for your service despite it being a busy period ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive for a set every morning, this can only be a “reserve” experience. The set is usually for 10, but I chose iced latte making it dearer.
The experience and staff is the same as any Starbucks, which is good always, but not great.
Coffee is strong, staff is smiling and bagel is nice but not freshly made. Ham and cheese is generous, which is good.
Overall mixed feelings, but still a 4 on 5.
