AGREE, SHADY SELLER ERIC sold me a car with so many problems and a leaking air conditioning unit. While eagerly closing the sale. He said "if anything wrong can come and find me, don't worry" *LIES* After the sale, everything started falling apart and even had to jumpstart the car several times. And when all problems arise "Come and find me" becomes "oh, you buy second hand car ma" blaming the whole world except himself/company. He is also dishonest. Within 3 days of buying the car needed to change the battery, but told his warehouse to change a bogus faulty battery for me. Having to only found out when I got it tested at another unbiased workshop. It was a terrible experience, customer service, if you see this contact me. Service recovery needed.

Very detailed and honest with the numbers. After sales were done swiftly as well. My aircon compressor spoilt 3 days after collecting the car. Aaron said don’t worry this will be settled. Went to their mechanic at ah bee to do the service at 7 soon Lee street. I personally feel that after sales service is very important and they delivered that well.

When I saw this X3 xDrive 30i M Sport. I was reluctuant to travel to Grandstand car mall due to the distance. I always shop for car in Ubi area. After met up with the SA Bryant, I went home and sang praises about his services to my wife. Bryant has been very patient and not pushy. I have many add hoc errands for him and he went the extra mile to complish the tasks. I am very contented with my purchase from Starise Credit. Bryant's professionalism is indeed commendable. Highly recommended if you are shopping for a used car.

Jz took my car on 31st Jan. Everything before sign contract no problems. Once transcation go thru nothing it done. Before purchase ask to polish the car properly as some it not done. When ask say nvm free bring back and polish. I am a grab driver. Time it money. If i have the time i will not have committed the car jz within 1hr. Forth day cny i ask for nid doc go inspection say no nid end up immediately after work break no lunch go q vicom say no doc cannt. I rather take back my old car civic only mounting problem and firgo my 2k deposit. No responsible at all. If you really wan buy from them take my advise whatever the value even it $10 write in black and white. Nw my only hope that my car dun give me problem within this few month as i not gg to deal with this type of dealer anymore. Jz pay instalment that it. Very very very disappointed

Beware this salesman Eric Tey, before purchase say will fix everything nice nice for you. After place deposit different story already. Certain engine part reflection engine fault code refuse to fix mention they fix a lot of thing already. So eat the deposit and until now don’t want reply message. Keep push the blame say boss and company don’t want to fix. Be aware of bmw 5 series SMQ 2180 G , obd scanner reflects oxygen sensor 2 malfunction and need to replace certain part. Eric Tey say his boss don’t want fix and the car still can run.
