★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 hours long trip from Kuala to Singapore (only 5h usually), we were supposed to leave at 5:30pm but they decided that the bus was not full enough so we waited for people from the 6:30pm bus to fill ours. But this hour of waiting is nothing compared to the treatment we received at the immigration. It took us 45min to get through immigration so the bus left without us, leaving us alone at 4am at immigration, where no taxi can come pick us up. We had to ask every other bus drivers (from other companies) if we could have a seat in their bus. This company is a disgrace, run away !

1130pm bus to Genting.
Reached at 11pm and waited till 01:45am till the bus came. , passengers alighted and ask us to board it. Seats were not cleaned? Rubbish on the floor and was told to just sit freely without following the seats that we bought.
They threw in passengers going all around Malaysia to make the bus full.
Asked everyone to alight at KL and everyone have to change bus.
This is the worst company on earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was late by 45 minutes, unreliable, the seats were comfortable but dusty. There were toilet breaks but no lunch break, thankfully I brought sandwiches. The driver is non communicative, seemed to be in a hurry. Once is enough, wasted a lot of time, Sg to KL, better to fly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the Kl to Sin bus from Times Square to Golden Mile at 5.30pm. Bus is relatively new and clean. It leaves quite punctually and I had a pleasant journey. It's so much cheaper than the bus I took from Sin to KL from another operator. Recommended.

Booked bus ticket from Singapore to Malacca which end point at Mahkota Medical Centre Malacca on 26 Jun 2022 8.30AM departure time, ended up the driver stopped at Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal and told everyone in the bus to alight & took taxi to Mahkota Medical Centre on ourselves. We confront him that we booked till Mahkota Medical Centre and he gave an excuse that since Covid, their bus only end until Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal. If such case why your online bus service still have an option to go until Mahkota Medical Centre? Bad service!!!

1. Your coordinator asked me to take another bus once we arrived at Kamunting. So we had to take a second bus.
2. My depart trip supposed to be from Sungai Nibong, Penang to Melaka Sentral, Melaka. However, your driver dropped me at Ayer Keroh Tol, Melaka which is 15km away from Melaka Sentral and luckily . Had an argument with your driver and he even suggest me to take a GrabCar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why all the negative reviews, here's my review as a first time traveller on a couch:
I had a trip from Singapore to KL, the departure was supposed to be midnight. The bus arrived around 15 mins before departure and we departed exactly on time. The trip took us 5 hours from Golden mile complex to TBS. The couch was comfortable and everything went smooth including the Immigration check.
Overall a good experience. Nothing to complain about.
