Very disappointing experience with both the seller, StarzDeals and logistic delivery company, SimplyPost. For StarzDeals: Package was ordered on 22nd Nov. Package was supposed to deliver on 24th Nov to 26th Nov. Received the parcel only on 1st December, after 9 days, instead of 3 days. As there was no updates for my parcel up till 25th Nov. About StarzDeals: - Did not bother to update customer on parcel status. - Very bad customer service with a dont care attitude. - Did not deliver the parcel in the agreed delivery timing. - Expect customers to monitor their own parcel and to ask customer to find out what is the delay ourselves, and for customer to talk to Lazada Customer servive ourselves. - only managed to get the parcel 2 days after informing Lazada Customer Service on my experience with the seller. About SimplyPost: - Tracking Status is not accurate. - Delivery took 9 days. - Couldnt contact them via any platform. Product was in working condition.

It may be a little tucked away and seem a little small but their fairy light choices are superb! Check out their offerings online first to get an idea of what you might want because you may get lost in the choices available and miss the perfect lights for you. Customer service was professional, prompt, and courteous. They check your lights before you receive them, double confirm your order, and with receipt you have 7 days to come back in case something goes wrong. I now know where everyone else has been getting their lights! Quantity, quality, and prices cannot be matched.

Tried to order 3 fairy lights ytd through Lazada.. today orders all cancelled for no apparent reason. Worst experience and unaccounted for.

Fantastic selection of gorgeous fairy lights that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Very relaxed browsing experience as we got to try out loads of lights and take our time to decide. Service was unobtrusive and friendly. :)
