But in the Google show will be close at 4.30pm. Thought of can do the Remittance before end where there need the money ?. Please update if there is any changes.

Last year, I called in wanting to extend my TD. The reception took my call and told me that he would return my call, but never! I gave my feed to the HQ. Finally someone called. One year has passed. I call one hour ago. The gentleman who took my call told me that he would call back as he needed to check first, without asking for my request. Till now, I am still waiting for his call! This is the bank that shows NO INTEREST in customer service! Don't trust the reception. If possible, avoid this bank! I give one star as without the star, I cannot post this feedback. They definitely DO NOT deserve this one star!
