Soup is ok but food is not the freshest.. ordered the beef and fish slices. It was also very expensive... but worst of all is the attitude of the staff. they look as though you owe them money and very rude when speaking to guests. please take your money elsewhere..

food okay, but still regret on this dinner choice: Service strange 1, the lady boss stopped the server add soup for me and said: serve the new table first, if she needs soup can add later, don't waste--this lady never smile 2, the man server while collecting leftover and clean table for guests said: see, this man wasted us so much spices 3,. I used the chopsticks wrongly and the lady boss not vey happy and express her emotion like if I am stupid ??? If the food not very good, gold service still can help... But no nothing worth visiting.

Tried on sour spicy fish soup ? it's nice. Mala soup is tasteless.

Nice and quiet place for late night supper. Not that much selection of food as compared to some other steamboat/hotpot places. Can be pricy for certain items.

Staff didnt stop to let the gas go off. She continue to reignite the flame. The stove ignited and exploded. Luckly, we are far away no injuries.

Should have read the reviews..... Absolute hack job of a hotpot place. There were at least 8 available selections of soups but all mainly the same taste with slightly different colors. The pot of soup is charged $5, a ridiculous amount for such bland tasting liquid. My mala soup was transparent under the environmental disaster of chilli oil. The conveyer belt only carries non meat products, if you wanna get meat you need to order it from the one floor staff and its $10 for a tiny plate of mutton, $20 for pork etc.. 10/10 will avoid that store. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This place is terrible. To start off, the staff was rude and unhelpful. When we first came to the restaurant, we stood outside waiting for a staff to serve us. There is no one in the restaurant at all and the staff looked really hesitant to let us in. It looked like I should have just open the door and walk into the restaurant on my own. Unreasonable as I have to pay for service charge when barely any service provided. Another staff called us to our table rudely . When asking for additional plates and bowls, they told us to take our own bowls from the back. I found it to be a rather unpleasant eating experience. Did not even offer to refill soup.To add on, the staff just played her phone at the cashier loudly and staffs were all not wearing mask. The interior was also really very run down, not somewhere you'd want to go with your friends and family. The food also does not look fresh as if it has been left there for several days. The sauce station was a self service one and the sauce looked like it's been in the open for a really long time ( with the sesame sauce being really watery) . Price is average, most sticks are $1 each, meat platter around $8, soup base $5 each. Food selection barely any variety.Had to wait for a long time before they were willing to take our bill, and they charge you for the tissue box, but tissue box have to be opened as part of the chopsticks were included inside the tissue box .Please do not visit this restaurant, you would not want to ruin your day.
