I went there and not only was the piercer extremely rude but he refused to pierce my ears as I was ‘disrespecting’ him. First of all, I haven’t said anything disrespectful and I swear on it. The front desk staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, the piercer raised his voice and portrayed aggressive gestures towards me, I felt threatened and unsafe as I paid the amount and was extremely polite. I left as a result of this, mind you I didn’t get my ears pierced although I pad the amount and I was refused my money back. I DO NOT recommend this place to absolutely anyone, there are so many other piercing clinics in Singapore which provide a much higher level of professionalism and mannerisms. I repeat, DO NOT go here, it is the worst piercing experience I have ever had.
Y	YX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nose pierced here and came back 2 days later because I was worried about the swelling. The piercer, Desmond, is super duper professional and helped me out - my swelling has definitely gone down since! He's extremely caring and so sweet- he has a great sense of humour too! CEO Desmond is the best and I wouldn't recommend to get a piercing anywhere else! Edit 2 months later I come back to ask for help changing the piercing and the lady said she'd charge $7 for it. I was so upset because I was having issues changing my own piercing which is why I went back for help and she wasn't willing to do it unless I paid her. I'm so surprised and upset with this.
C	Caramel Mel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is it overpriced, the after service is not a pleasant experience. Although the piercer wasn’t very friendly, she did do a good job for my nose piercing, however my nose stud fell off after 4 weeks and I went back to them to get help to put it back as the hole was still fresh. The lady wanted to charge me $7. She asked me to put it back myself. I asked if they could help with the changing of the stud in the future if I were to purchase a new stud from them, and her answer was the same, they charge $7. Other piercers usually offer free changing of the jewellery when I purchase from them. So this will be my first and last time getting a piercing here.
P	PurpleFugue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had 5 piercings done on separate occasions. The very first was my nose. Sanice set me at ease and the whole process was relatively painless. I bumped into her a couple of weeks later and mentioned a swelling and she told me what to do to fix it, then told me to return to the shop if it didn’t work. Thankfully it did. I subsequently went back for a few more, including my tongue. Thinking of adding a couple more soon. Highly recommended.
