★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to get body piercing done. Had my industrial piercing done by them. Aseptic technique was strictly followed. Everything was pristine. Procedure was explained prior and aftercare advise followed thereafter. They really know what they are doing. A bit pricey compared to other piercing shops but it is very justified. You know you are safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service damn bad, straight forward cold and unwelcoming. First time I contacted them for the price of 1 type of piercing, no hello, no thank you for contacting us, just blatantly forward a pricelist jpeg. I thought I give them one more chance, this time i tried booking an appointment. Answered hours later with simply "not possible". No offer of next availability, NOTHING! No business for them then.
responding to your comment. just because MOH restrict your apointments doesnt mean you take hours to respond and not offer alternative to date and timings right? you dont offer appointments that means you dont want business correct? thats not customer service man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced 2 bad piercing infections from a popular jewellery shop/chain called Lovi**. Contacted guys at Piercing Clinic for advice and help. They were very helpful and advised that I head over asap. The sterile removal procedure was swift and not even the least bit painful. After-care instructions are clear. My infection is now already making its road to recovery. (day 2)
I made the stupid decision to get my ears pierced wrongly by jewellery shop that don't specialise in piercings. Lesson learnt.
If you're someone considering getting a piercing done, please just leave it to the professionals to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piercer was great had my septum piercing on 8sep 2021 . Was a great experience. I was abit nervous but the piercer gave me a bit of allowance and calm me down. I’ve done alot of research before piercing , came to know that its very painful etc. Tbh it was ok for my pain tolerance its like 2/10 . Whoever scared to get their piercing done should go to this shop . 100% recommended. Value for money . Hope to get my future piercing soon.

I've been reading those negative comments and all I can say is if you want the best of course you have to pay for the quality, just like Lombardo's burger to McDonald's. Yes, its difficult to get availabilities because they work on allowing ample time for clients to feel properly taken care of and no pressure throughout the process which is what true professionals do. Will be visiting the "clinic" soon!
