A	Andy Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried calling many times before coming down. Can’t get through. And no other number to call / working hours not updated on Google. But Google said open now. So I came down. Place has no signage. I walked around the shop a few times and finally knock on tinted windows according to the unit number. A gentleman directed me to the door. Basically, Fella said it’s his lunch time and didn’t want to serve me. Dude, the stuff you selling isn’t like $2 nasi lemak its all $1000 and above and you can’t even go to late lunch or bother to serve me a little. Although he was polite, extremely unprofessional to usher me out of the shop so that he could go for his lunch. Asked me to come back 90 mins later. I’ll take my business elsewhere thank you.

Another big shoutout and thank you for Izhar. Super thankful to you for treating my machine like your gf. I am so glad the machine feels like brand new now and running like a workhorse. Life without coffee sucks for a week but I am thankful it came back better and as beautiful Thank you Team Stellar-M

Wei Jie (sorry jf i got the name wrong) was very informative and said will have a follow up call on the quotation. Wei Jie gave me a follow up call on the exact prices for the different parts that need to be replaced. It was very transparent. I brought it in and asked if I can get it fixed quickly as it usually take about 4 days. (I had a bunch of coffee becoming stale slowly and I wanted to try the taste after fresh roast. ) Izhar said he will try his best and eventually got it done in two days. Unbelievable service from initial experience of phone support to repair. Also mentioned there is 1 month warranty on the related parts that was replaced. I will always come back now if i have more repair work needed in future. Thank you so much.

I needed a replacement part for my coffee grinder, contacted the support team and setup an appointment to come to pick up the part I needed. When I came in the middle of the working day, ‘there was nobody to process the payment’. The technician basically told me to leave and order online even though the part I need is not available online. This is a perfect example of how lack of competition leads to a terrible customer service.
