The store looked lovely, and we were excited to pick out an artificial tree from the various options. As they were sold out of the smaller ones we ended up getting a larger size than planned. When we unboxed it at home though, it looked nothing like the ones in the store - the branches were dense right at the top and sparse everywhere else. It looked ridiculous no matter how much we tried to spread out the branches. Can’t help but feel the display trees are much better than the ones they sell you. Disappointing though they kindly let us return the tree, which we very much appreciate.

When I first bought the 300 led bulbs and placed it on the tree, I realised 15 bulbs were not working. I went down to change and the lady tested it and flicked the bulbs and the lights came on. Although She said it was working after a few flicks, I still wanted a new set. I tested it out at the shop and all was working. She then informed me I could not change again. However to my utmost disappointment when I went home to put the lights on, it was not working again!! Not a single bulb could light up. I tried on several power points but it could not work! Extremely upset and the lights costed me $68.
